KILTED KIN HIRE POLICY:
it is the customers responsibility to pre- book their appointment to try on their outfit 3 days prior to their function.
fittings will only be done the week commencing the function.
this allows the customer to make sure they are happy with all items BEFORE leaving the store'
To make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
If there is anything that needs amended for your function, then this gives you a few days grace
to let us know in due time, and we will only be too happy to assist you in any changes.
Even repeat customers are advised to try their hire on before a function, as peoples body shape and sizes change. ( even more so for children )
If there are any issues, please let us know in time to be rectified BEFORE a function, as there is very little we can do after. We want all our customers to be happy with their hire and be returning customers in the future.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN SORTED BEFORE A FUNCTION.
HYGIENE:
We like you to take the time to read and adhere to our terms and conditions when wearing our merchandise for your special occasion.
: Please ensure that underwear MUST be worn whilst wearing our garments to prevent any soiling.
: Please ensure that all garments are returned in the same condition that they leave the premises.
: Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in you being billing for replacement or dry cleaning.
: if items are not returned the day AFTER function OR when agreed upon, there will be a £95 per day charge until the outfit has been returned.
